The idea of this newer tag with 'craft' key, is to distinguish places which are mostly about crafting individual products (cutting glass in this case) to order, while a shop is more about trading pre-prepared products (See Key:craft for more explanation). A high street shop called a glaziery or glazers might perhaps be better mapped with the older shop=glaziery tag.
