This tag has been suggested for proposed cycleways (of whatever type). These must be verifiable; this tag shouldn't be used for cycleways that "would be nice if they existed" but do not have a fixed plan suggesting that they will actually be built. For more clarity, consider using a lifecycle prefix of "proposed:" instead.
