|
fountain=roman_wolf indicates a particular drinking water fountain style in Rome. It is a drinking fountain which is typical for dog parks but can also be found elsewhere. The water is running out of an iron cast wolf's head and for easier drinking there is a hole on the top where the water ejects when you cap the lower hole. There is also generally a small stone trough in the front where animals (dogs) can drink (but rarely it is absent). The main block of the fountain is made from travertine.
