Main article: Simple Indoor Tagging

The tag indoor=corridor is a passageway space that is used to connect rooms to rooms. To be used in conjunction with highway=corridor where the highway=corridor is the way routers can follow and indoor=corridor is the area to that outlines space. Similar to pedestrian area vs highway=footway or natural=water for the river coverage but waterway=* for the flow channel.

It does not have implicit walls.

How to map

Draw as an area along the corridor outline. Tag it with indoor=corridor and level=*

Since indoor=corridor does not have implicit walls, if you connect it with indoor=area and there is a wall between them, there needs to be an indoor=wall(possibly with indoor=door).
