The tag maxspeed:type=NL:living_street indicates that the road
- is in the European part of the Netherlands,
- has no signed speed limit, and
- is a living street (erf, living_street=yes),
and that therefore the default 15 km/h speed limit applies, according to article 45 of the Reglement verkeersregels en verkeerstekens 1990.
Note: in living streets, any speed limit signs with a value greater than 15 km/h must be disregarded, according to article 63b of the Reglement verkeersregels en verkeerstekens 1990.
