For roads and other objects accessible to public service vehicles without explicit signage, psv=yes may be better.

Though note that for example highway=tertiary without access restrictions does not benefit from tagging psv=yes on it. psv=yes is useful to override for example access=no or vehicle=private.

For marking road oneway in general and two-way for PSV use oneway=yes + oneway:psv=no.
