A perforated wall is a wall that features openings or holes for light and airflow. The openings or holes can be both small and big. Do not confuse with barrier=fence tag.
If the wall is built using decorative blocks, use wall=screen_block instead.
This tag value is proposed for describing perforated walls. It was discussed in the #wiki-and-proposals Discord channel, together with the other value (screen_block). See also wall=screen_block.
How to map
Draw a way where the wall is and add barrier=wall + wall=perforated.
