There seems to be some sort of usage for that tag:

Linked proposal does not describe such use, linked proposal describes only use as suffix not as a standalone key. Key:lanes:both_ways describes use as suffix for sole known common case Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 20:49, 15 July 2022 (UTC)
