I created this page based on the content of the following page : building:levels=*. I'm new in this wiki, do not hesitate to correct me. I also thought to do a redirect directly to building:levels=*, do you think it's better ? --NicoL3AS (talk) 15:45, 6 October 2013 (UTC)

Positive or negative number?

Resolved: non-negative numbers only --Martianfreeloader (talk) 09:45, 3 October 2022 (UTC)

I've seen buildings with a negative number on this key. Am I right to assume that this is a mistake and values should be positive integers (>=0)? --Martianfreeloader (talk) 20:08, 2 October 2022 (UTC)

Yes, that is mistake "number of levels under ground level" - what is supposed meaning of "building has -2 levels under ground"? Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 03:57, 3 October 2022 (UTC)
Thanks! I've documented this. --Martianfreeloader (talk) 09:45, 3 October 2022 (UTC)

building:part required?

The page currently states that building:part=* is required. I don't understand why building:levels:underground=* can't be used on a simple building=* without building parts. Can someone help me understand? --Martianfreeloader (talk) 09:47, 3 October 2022 (UTC)

Key name is syntactically inconsistent

For above-ground levels, the keys are called building:levels=* and roof:levels=*. A syntactically consistent name for underground levels would be underground:levels=*. --Martianfreeloader (talk) 09:50, 3 October 2022 (UTC)
