Which side is 'right'?

Does the 'right' indicate the right from the point of the direction of the way? Or is it from the point of view of someone travelling down the road? Thanks. eteb3 (talk) 13:18, 31 January 2021 (UTC)

It is evaluated from the perspective of how the path was drawn in OSM. A one-way street should also be drawn in OSM as you can drive. It can be different, but it makes things more difficult.--geozeisig (talk) 16:06, 31 January 2021 (UTC)
I addded missing desciption that was missing - thanks for spotting this and commenting Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 20:30, 31 January 2021 (UTC)

opposide_track/lane is not incompatible

Most routers ignore cycleway:oneway tags. opposide(_lane/_track) is used to mark that a cycling against the oneway direction of the carriage way is possible. (alterative to oneway:bicycle=no) It does forbid the the usage in oneway direction. --Langläufer (talk) 17:53, 17 April 2023 (UTC) --Langläufer (talk) 17:53, 17 April 2023 (UTC)
