fuel:electricity

I noticed some - not documented here or at OSM Wiki from what I see - use of fuel:electricity=*

I have no idea is it a good idea or not etc

See https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/1WXH

fuel:electric exists but use is tiny

Not sure whether it should be treated as a tagging mistake (and `fuel:electricity=yes` should not be tagged and `fuel:electricity=no` has some alternative)
For `fuel:electricity=yes` - maybe it is OK to indicate that `amenity=fuel` has associated charging station (which may or may be not marked as `amenity=charging_station`?)
For `fuel:electricity=no` - it looks like tagging such info may have its place (that given fuel station has no charging station) but I am not in rush to start mapping this.
BTW, chronology of usage of https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/fuel%3Aelectricity looks weird, with a sudden jump and later flat trajectory.
Overall I am not rushing to either document this tags or starting to remove them from OSM
