I think it is different properties and it is important to distinguish them.

Although normally informal campings or not established campings have no facilities, this tag gives no information about its "officiality" . For example, some official campings have no faciliteis, only space for tents and drinking water: Сарабей,Армянка. So, it is important to distinguish these properties.

Services or not?

The current documentation states "It offers no camping services like drinking water, toilets and showers" However, two of the examples (camping on a public beach and at a park) are said to have toilets and one has a shower. --Jeisenbe (talk) 14:42, 3 July 2019 (UTC)
