Signage

• *=start_lights : Can light_source=* be used? There's already light_source=aviation , light_source=warning , and light_source=signal_lamp

As for light_source, I guess people could double-tag that if they wish. But it's not a physical tag so I'd still like to retain motorsport=start_lights (plus this informs us of the purpose of the lights).

As for timing_tower, I think I will change it to motorsport=scoreboard, to be double-tagged with man_made=scoreboard. It seems logical to group such a timing tower or display with those of other sports, while retaining the specific connection to motorsports. I would also like a couple of tags akin to scoreboard:timing=yes (to indicate if a board displays the best or current lap/sector times), and scoreboard:ranking=yes (to indicate if a board shows the current top 10 drivers in ranked order). This tag would be compatible for boards used by other sports too (they may need more tags in the same vein e.g. to indicate the current score is displayed).
