deletion?

Rather than deleting because empty the former content could be restored and the proposal template added and the proposal linked.—Dieterdreist (talk) 15:22, 15 April 2018 (UTC)

I would agree with you, if there was any content in the version history that looked like a proposal. I would only see stubs. The content is already stored on Tag:amenity=kindergarten. There were different proposals such as Proposed_features/childcare and Proposed_features/childcare2.0. Which one are you referring to? What should stand on this page then? This is what many proposals (for tags that are now heavily used and completely established) looked like in the old days. You can see from the history that there seems only consent and no dissent, and you can see that this feature was already supported by relevant applications in 2009. I do not understand what we would gain from deleting this. I would restore the page as it was and link it from the feature page as "proposal". For reference, see here]--Dieterdreist (talk) 11:45, 18 April 2018 (UTC)
I understand your intentions now. I obviously did not know that that was a "real" proposal. To me this looked rather like a brief idea. When looking through version history, I gained the idea that others thought the same.
Please go ahead and revert it. I suggest to archive it and add {{Archived proposal|archive_id=1234}} or a similar template to avoid confusion and further deletion attempts. U30303020 (talk) 19:32, 19 April 2018 (UTC)
I finally found some time to deal with it. Please verify if it is OK now, thank you. I don't know from where I can get an archive_id --Dieterdreist (talk) 13:43, 30 April 2018 (UTC)
Great, I archived it and added a short explanation to the wiki page. U30303020 (talk) 21:12, 30 April 2018 (UTC)
