Mention how to distinguish telephone company offices that are open to the public vs. not.
Yes they are both big buildings, but some have counters where one can apply for a phone number, and some are just mysterious buildings one cannot go inside. Jidanni (talk) 16:20, 7 April 2019 (UTC)
