Consider "possibly" damaged. --Bgirardot (talk) 09:51, 10 June 2016 (UTC)

collapsed, partially collapsed. minor damage is not able to assess from sat imagery.

Recent talk, need to decide

Was just talked again on HOTOSM on Slack (in #disaster-mapping channel).

There's still no clear way to perform fast damage assesment on map without damaging the long term precise mapping on OSM. Often we lack precise imagery to match what we ususally want on basic OSM data.

Attaching "notes" (e.g. User:Bgirardot/Using OSM Notes to Contribute to Crisis Mapping) should be possible without breaking the existing work. For now damage assessment is performed externally, outside OSM, using various tools that do not n,ecessarily contribute their crowdsourced assessments to the world of OSM. Then discuss about how to correlate these notes with QA tools (such as Osmose), to help integrating changes or additions.

We need to speak about data imports from NGOs deployed on the davastated area and improve our leadershop to open more opendata (not just from governments, bit as well imagery providers, and NGOs). — Verdy_p (talk) 17:19, 1 October 2017 (UTC)
