highway=raceway

Hello, I've added highway=raceway to the Map Features template, because this rendering rule was added few months earlier to Mapnik rendering rules in osm.xml without any additional information. (http://trac.openstreetmap.org/changeset/15210 by stevechilton on 25.05.2009) I was hoping that someone who approved this addition or discussed it, will notice that and add all required information.
