The design:ref tag records the specific design type of a standardised structure.
In former Soviet countries, many buildings were built to a standardised design, and this tag is used in those regions to record this information.
This tag can also be used for power=towers, which are always built to a standardised design. This differs from the structure=* tag, which records the general style of a tower's design, and the design=* tag, which is a more detailed indication of the style.
