The 
Commission to Preserve National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina (KONS) is a state-level institution (commission, agency) which issues its decisions to declare cultural and historical property a National Monuments of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
A document passed on such session consists of two parts titled DECISION ("ODLUKA") and Rationale ("Obrazloženje").
The Number ("Broj") of the decision is written on the left side at the bottom of the page of the first portion of the document titled "DECISION", along the Date ("Datum") and the location, while on the right side is Commission's president's signature.
