This tag is used for describing the type of motorcycle parking.

motorcycle_parking	floor		An area designated for the parking of motorcycles, but without any kind of stands/anchors/etc. No security (but you may tag it with supervised=yes if applicable).
motorcycle_parking	hoops		A bent piece of metal attached to the ground. Makes it possible to lock a wheel to it. There can be many types of hoops with various forms, but the main characteristic is that a lock cannot be removed unless it is opened (not like a bollar). Hoops can be alongside the parking lot like for bicycles, or on the edge closer to the wheel. Usually, hoops are not as high as for bicycles.
motorcycle_parking	bollard		A simple bollard, straight with no hoops. A lock can be removed from it when slid to the top. But it can be a better-than-nothing security, as motorcycles are heavy and locks cannot be slid because of the weight.
motorcycle_parking	user defined		All commonly used values according to Taginfo / If the values listed above don't describe what you want to tag, feel free to make up your own values. But please document them here.
