noaddress=yes can be used on a building to indicate that this building doesn't have an address.

Implicite presumption

Buildings like building=garage or other building where nobody lives in may be often assumed as having no address. This tag could be used to explicitly declare that a building=yes or building=house etc. doesn't have an address.
