Please note that the general tag access=delivery is typically incorrect since that also restricts access for foot=* and horse=* to delivery purposes; if the restriction applies only to vehicles (including cyclling) use vehicle=delivery instead, if it applies only to motor vehicles and not to cycling then use motor_vehicle=delivery
If traffic to the feature for any purpose is allowed then it is access=destination.
