Tag with key addr:floor=* and value "1", usually floor locally signed as first floor.
In OSM "level" terminology, this can be level=0, level=1 or something else. It should match the level with level:ref=1.
If the building used letters for its floors, this could be addr:floor=A.
Some may be worth normalizing to 1, others not.
