Usage observation

Emergency assembly point taghistory 2018.png

About 5700 of the 8000 current uses of this tag (as of 2019-01) were introduced by an import in Taiwan, of shelter-functions of public buildings (schools, gov offices) in a case of emergency. The tag emergency=assembly_point is not well chosen for those.
