hazard=illegal_crossing is illegal crossing of a road or track, additionally marked with "crossing prohibited" signs.
Description
Node at the intersection of path with road or railroad track should be tagged with crossing=no. If the place is additionally marked with information about the prohibition of passage, tag hazard=illegal_crossing should be added to node. Consider adding access=no to paths and footways connected.
