Defines that road is not oneway for Public Service Vehicles. Useful where oneway=yes is applied (or in rare cases - oneway=-1).
Where the oneway rules for PSV vehicles are identical to those for other modes of transport, this key does not need to be set.
If oneway exemption applies to buses rather than public service vehicles, use oneway:bus=no.
