Defines that road is not oneway for buses. Useful where oneway=yes is applied (or in rare cases - oneway=-1).
Where the oneway rules for buses identical to those for other modes of transport, this key does not need to be set.
If oneway exemption applies to all public service vehicles, use oneway:psv=no.
