busway=opposite was a rarely used tag to denote one-way exceptions for buses when a bus lane doesn't exist (where you'd use the similarly deprecated busway=opposite_lane instead). This makes it the bus equivalent for cycleway=opposite, also deprecated.

The alternative to denote contraflow traffic for buses is the already more common oneway:bus=no.
