Use this tag for roads or lanes which are blocked to use for public service vehicles. More specific tag may be needed if only some specific public vehicles are blocked.
Setting psv=* applies that value to all its child tags unless they are explicitly set. For example, psv=no means that taxis are not allowed, unless specified otherwise by taxi=*. Likewise, if access=no or vehicle=no is already specified, there is no need to repeat psv=no, since they are parent tags in the access tag hierarchy.
