- Did you forget to read Proposed features/Healthcare 2.0 ?
- It allows suffixing to add specifics. With the correct spelling "specialty" in medicine.

- No, I have not read as it is not even mentioning healthcare:speciality - also, speciality seems to be a correct spelling in general and not preferred only specifically in "Medical specialty" compound and "Healthcare speciality" seems just yet another OSMism .
