Useless?

@Emvee: Hi! I don't agree with that yet. You could also see it the other way around. If jaywalking is forbidden, you don't need crossing=no, since it is forbidden anyway. What if a footpath approaches a road and where it meets the road there is a chain or railing on the side of the road?
