Glass floor to show archaeology

There are cases where a glass floor has been put in to show archaeology below. This is not meant to be used for that case, but I haven't come up with a solution for it.B-unicycling (talk) 09:56, 22 July 2023 (UTC)

You should make a proposal. This page is confusing with 0 instance.
man_made=pavement_light is bad, as it looks identical to ground-mounted uplights. There are exceptions to British English, viz sport=soccer for football.
If it's outdoors, technically area:highway=footway + surface=glass is correct? You could say it doesn't show the significance, but this depends on how the artifact is drawn, or whether exhibit=* is used inside or together.

It was just a thought that occurred to me that there should be a differentiation between the two. I only know of two instances of the "exhibit pavement" type in my area, and both are indoor. But I've seen them, if I remember correctly, outdoors in Nimes in France, where they show Roman artifacts and probably other places as well. They're not uncommon in shopping centres built on archaeological sites as well. B-unicycling (talk) 11:29, 23 July 2023 (UTC)
