picture at top of "how to map" section has formatting problems

On my moderatly wide laptop screen ("15 inch"?), this picture usually is pushed down below the info box and this lead to a very large gap on the page:

Driver / Coupling / Pump system

. I believe this is because the table below is quite wide, so unless the window on your screen is very wide the picture will not fit next to the table. Try adjusting the window width in your browser to see what happens. Perhaps we can move this picture below the table, on the left instead? --Jeisenbe (talk) 05:26, 12 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

It's probably because the tagging table width which forces the table go below image on the right. I've reduced it to 70%, is that better on a 15" screen? It looks ok on mine Fanfouer (talk) 20:53, 12 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

water wells

"If the piston pump draws the water from a water well, use man_made=water_well" - is it possible to have piston pump to get water that is not man_made=water_well ?

I would expect that it is inherently a water well in all cases, maybe a small one

Yes, it's usual to find piston pumps that suck water from tanks or ponds as well. Fanfouer (talk) 12:25, 26 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
