Public facilities?
Re: "This tag is used for scientific facilities for public observatories use man_made=observatory."
Is this a correct description of how this tag has been used? Why would it be incorrect to tag an optical telescope in a public museum or educational facility with man_made=telescope and telescope:type=optical?
The man_made=telescope page makes no mention of the function of the telescope, whether for scientific research or public education: "A telescope is an instrument that aids in the observation of remote objects by collecting electromagnetic radiation (such as visible light)."--Jeisenbe (talk) 02:46, 24 October 2018 (UTC)
