How merge is supposed to work? What would be point of it? Key and value are inherently under different titles. And deleting content here would remove description of that value (used for example for taginfo) Mateusz Konieczny (talk) 16:38, 16 January 2021 (UTC)

fee=yesthere is a redirect tofee=*. Is this the way it could be managed with toll=yes in the same way?
