icon pages

Hi, with your permission I would like to refactor Map Icons and related pages like Proposed Icons, WikiProject Pictograms and add my knowledge that I collected during this project of this week. --!i! 06:11, 31 July 2010 (UTC)

and refactor means?. You can refer/link/check Map Icons Design Standards. --Sergionaranja 08:23, 31 July 2010 (UTC)
I will try to give all important details for creating OSM icons on the first page and try to extract further pages to subpages. Well please observe the changes and give me feedback please if you don't like the changes. --!i! 09:30, 3 August 2010 (BST)
I have put Map Icons Design Standards. out from my user page structure so it looks less proprietary..(never was). Is nice someone has finally decided to organize icon pages a bit. So do as you please: extract, merge, correct or whatever you think is needed. the clearer solution you find the better for all. --Sergionaranja 07:15, 5 August 2010 (BST)
The standards are quite cool! I hope you like the new page structure, with Map Icons as central point --!i! 13:13, 6 August 2010 (BST)

Use of your power icons in JOSM

We're linking to your icons in power presets of JOSM for quite some time now, but we never had your agreement to do so. The situation is described here:

Would it be OK for you to let us distribute your icons alongside JOSM code (GPL2+) ? Thanks, --Don-vip (talk) 11:05, 27 January 2014 (UTC)

it is ok with me --Sergionaranja (talk) 07:54, 13 April 2014 (UTC)

Icon licenses

Hi, I was categorizing icons and I saw some of them were uploaded by you, like 2020 st placeofworship bahai.svg, can you please add or tell in witch license are they? If you made yourself them and in case you don't know witch license to choose, in case of icons I would recommend Template:PD or Template:Cc-zero so developers can use them in programs under any license like GPL, BSD, Mozilla... It's just a suggestion. Zermes (talk) 01:05, 7 January 2016 (UTC)
