タグ提案内容

historic=heritage は、 何らかの組織や機関によって、歴史的に価値があると示された地物に対して付与されるタグです。 ただし、historicタグが付与される場合、同じ地物に対しては何かしら他のタグも付与されるべきです。(例えば、historic=building, historic=district, historic=siteなど) どこで言及されたのか詳細は不明ですが、heritageは歴史的なものだけではなく、自然保護地区についても付与されるものであるといわれています。

このタグと似たスキーマとして、ユネスコ世界遺産のタグ historic=unesco world heritage が提案されています。 このタグでも、同様の言及は可能です。しかしこのタグスキーマでは、ユネスコにおける階層構造や歴史言及も念頭に置いたうえで制定されています。historic=unesco_wold_classificationは、カバー可能な範囲がとても狭いという認識であり、異なる記述方法が制定されるべきかと思われます。

遺産について定義するための新しいタギングスキーマが必要とされています。公認タグスキーマへ heritage タグを追加してはどうでしょうか？

適用対象

heritage=* が付与される対象は、地球上に存在する永続的なオブジェクトであるべきです。例えば、特定の地域やエリア、建物やその一部、修復された彫刻やタイル画などがあげられます。永続的ではない地物(例: ストリートペインティング)に対して付与することは避けましょう。

タグ付与方法

主となるタグ

主となるタグ heritage では、値として 1 から 10 の値をとります。この値に対してどのような値を入力するべきかは、その地物に対して関与している組織や団体に依拠します。対象の地物に対して複数の組織や団体から評価を受けている場合、そのなかで最も低い(狭い範囲の)値が使用されます(admin_level=*と同様です)

副次的なタグ付与

heritage:operator=*		後述。セパレータとして ; を使うことで複数の値を指定することが可能。国際的という広い範囲からの承認であったり、その地域からの承認であったりします。
ref:*=*		the ref for the operator. In order to keep consistency beetwen all refs, the ref should be tagged ref:* rather than *:ref. 運営・管理者が使用している参照番号。それぞれの参照番号に一貫性を保たせるため、refをタグづけする際には*:refではなくref:*と記載するべきです。
