The tag fireplace=yes/no is used to specify whether a fireplace is available at a feature.

A fireplace is a structure with a chimney made of brick, clay, stone or metal, which is designed to contain a fire in a framed opening at the front.

Tagging

Add the property tag fireplace=yes to a feature such as a tourism=wilderness_hut, tourism=camp_pitch, tourism=picnic_site etc, to specify that a fireplace is available at the feature.

Less commonly, fireplace=no can be used to specify that a fireplace is not available at a feature where it would normally be expected, such as at a tourism=wilderness_hut.
