Legal access restriction for microcars; small compact cars that may have additional restrictions (either technical or traffic rules when in public traffic such as a lower speed limit of 45 km/h).
This access restriction is common in the Netherlands, where some traffic signs prohibit access for microcars (most notably traffic sign=NL:C9).
microcar=* corresponds to the European Union vehicle category L6e, or, light quadricycles.
