Details of a traffic mirror - or the traffic mirror is a secondary feature.
Place a node at the middle and add highway=traffic_mirror. Add details as traffic_mirror=dead_angle or traffic_mirror=bidi as described by Proposal:More detailed tagging of traffic mirrors.
If the traffic mirror is a secondary feature, for example if the traffic mirror is attached to a street lamp already tagged with highway=street_lamp, add traffic_mirror=yes to the node. If applicable, instead of yes a more specific value like dead_angle or bidi can be used.
