Proposal

Adopt generator:*=* tagging on route=*. This goes with Proposed features/Alternative energy focused power revamp.

electrified:collection=* will be used on both railway=*/highway=* and the route=*.

Rationale

It is more straightforward to adopt power=generator tagging than to invent something else again for a new application in another feature.

• trolley_wire=* on highway=* for trolleybus=yes (at least for non-battery sections) overlaps with electrified=contact_line on railway=* to some extent
• "trolley" in trolley_wire=* can be confused as a synonym of tram/streetcar, although indeed trolleybus can share with them.
• electrified=contact_line doesn't indicate whether single-wire trolley pole, or rigid overhead conductor rail, are used; or whether batteries or fuel cells are used, when electrified=no sections exist.

This proposal doesn't cover whether a route=train uses loco-hauled or multiple-unit trains.
