How to map
Start by creating a way along the centerline of the race track. Add the tag highway=raceway.
Then, draw an area around the perimeter of the track. add the tag area:highway=raceway.
To represent the facility housing the entire race course, draw an area around the perimeter, add the tags leisure=sports_centre + sport=motor.
