piste:type=sled is used for pistes used for recreational sledding in the winter.
For purpose-built bobsleigh/luge tracks, use leisure=track instead of piste. For a dedicated toboggan run, use the tag sport=toboggan.
How to map
Trace the way 
of the piste and add piste:type=sled.
Trace the area 
of the piste and add area=yes and piste:type=sled.
If there exists a lift for dragging the sleds uphill, draw it as a way and tag it with aerialway=drag_lift.
