seamark:type=hulk is used for a ship which is permanently moored or secured in its current loaction.
Such ships cannot be moved without significant effort to make them seaworthy again.
If the ship has been repurposed as a museum, restaurant, or other facility, use seamark:hulk:category=* to describe the purpose, and add the normal tags like tourism=museum.
If the ship is partially or fully sunk, use seamark:type=wreck instead.
