Inserts a row for banking cards:

Website	website	Website link to learn more about the card.	URL	optional
Wikipedia article	wikipedia	Wikipedia article about the banking card. Example fr:Groupement des cartes bancaires CB	String	optional
Comment	comment	Additional information about the app that cannot be indicated through the other fields.	Content	optional
Regions	regions	List of regions in which the card can be used. Leave empty for worldwide.	Line	suggested
Deprecated	deprecated	Set to 'yes' if said payment app is being phased out, or is no longer in use. Suggested values yes no	Boolean	optional
