The key country=* indicate the country represented by the feature. This can be in the context of diplomatic missions or flags:
- Specifically, in conjunction with
office=diplomatic, it indicates the sending country of a diplomatic mission. The receiving country would be intarget=*andaddr:country=*. - In conjunction with
man_made=flagpole, it indicates the country whose flag is flown from the flagpole.
