How to map

Draw an area area along the building outline. In cases where it is impossible one may set a node node instead. Tag it with building=brewery.

The building=brewery tag are intended for the physical description of a building. If an active brewery is located solely in such a building and there are no other businesses in the building, you can also add:

For breweries with multiple buildings, these tags are used as an area, in cases where it is impossible one may set a node.

If the original purpose of the brewery building has changed (e.g. converted into apartments), then use a combination building=brewery + building:use=apartments.
