A warehouse is a commercial building originally built for storage of goods. Ordinarily, they are large buildings of simple appearance, with vehicle access and loading platforms or ramps.
They're mostly found in industrial areas, near seaports, airports, waterways and railways.
How to map
Draw an area 
along the building outline. In cases where it is impossible one may set a node 
instead. Tag it with building=warehouse.
