A war grave is a burial place for members of the armed forces or civilians who died during military campaigns or operations. It can be a grave for a single person or for several people (in one place).

How to map

Place a node node in the middle of the war grave or map the outline area of the war grave.

Add historic=tomb + tomb=war_grave and name=*.

Tags used in combination

  • name=* - the primary name - the most prominent signposted name or the most common name in the local language(s). Don't use a generic term or description.
