A conference centre (convention centerAE) is a large building used to hold a convention, where individuals and groups gather to promote and share common interests. Convention centers typically offer sufficient floor area to accommodate several thousand attendees. Some large hotels include a conference center. Conference centers are typically built around at least one auditorium and may also contain concert halls, lecture halls, smaller meeting rooms, and seminar rooms.
